These Terms & Service (“Agreement”) outline the use and delivery of AI assistant services provided by
SmartHive Connect (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the terms below.
1. Service Overview
SmartHive Connect provides an AI-powered lead response system installed on your website or landing page. The assistant engages visitors, qualifies leads using preset flows, and routes them to book appointments or submit contact details. Your business branding may be used to customize the assistant experience
2. Access & Setup
You agree to provide access to your website, CRM, or scheduling system, as needed for integration. Our team will configure the assistant based on your business type and service goals. Basic customization is included; advanced changes may incur additional costs with your approval.
3. Subscription & Payments
Services are billed monthly. A one-time setup is split into two payments:
50% due at contract signing
50% due upon completion of the assistant set up
Monthly billing begins 60 days after the contract date, giving time for launch and onboarding. All payments are
non-refundable. Late payments (over 10 days past due) may result in service suspension. You may cancel your subscription with 14 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.
4. T & C Requirements
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from SmartHive Connect, which may include appointment confirmations, lead follow-ups, service updates, and occasional promotional offers. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send "STOP," we’ll confirm your opt-out status via SMS. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, just sign up again through our website, and messaging will resume.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. For questions about your mobile or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

5. Ownership & Licensing
All scripts, logic, workflows, and software used remain the intellectual property of SmartHive Connect and our technology partners. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the assistant while your account remains active and in good standing.
6. Interaction Tracking & Call Logging
If call tracking numbers or form monitoring are used, you consent to the logging and potential recording of communications for optimization, reporting, and service improvements. Tracking numbers can be ported to your ownership upon full payment and service cancellation.
7. Support & Emergencies
We provide regular support for updates, flow changes, and technical questions. All emergencies, including assistant malfunctions or critical outages, are prioritized and handled immediately. Non-urgent updates are typically completed within 1–2 business days.
8. Termination
SmartHive Connect reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or activity that harms system integrity. Upon cancellation, you must remove any widgets or code provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Data & Privacy
We treat your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any required client disclosures or compliance based on your industry or location.
10. Limitation of Liability
While our AI assistant is designed to improve lead response and conversions, we do not guarantee results. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or client dissatisfaction caused by delays, human error, or technology limitations.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Surry County, NC.
